A visit from home
We've now had a visit from Kjell Arne's family in Pompano Beach, Florida for almost a week. We anchored Emma in a small bay by the Intracoastal Waterway, and moved into a house they rented for the week. Now we have slept in a bed that is standing still, and we have enjoyed swimming in fresh pool water. We have also gotten a taste of American culture, visited many big shops and eaten hamburgers. After more than a year in the Caribbean, it's nice to have access to huge supermarkets and all sorts of delicious food.
Tomorrow we will go further north, to West Palm Beach. After that, we're heading for Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center!
